Aggregate Singularity, Inc. (ASI) Online Software Application Privacy Notice

The ASI online software product includes a data storage service where customers may collect private or personal data. Personally identifiable information (PII), or sensitive personal information (SPI), is information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person, or to identify an individual in context. It includes such information as their name, social security number, date and place of birth, mother's maiden name, biometric records, or any other information which is linked or linkable to an individual.

ASI adheres to customer Master Service Agreements (MSA) in regards to security and confidentiality of customer data. Customer private or personal data will not be used for any purpose other than providing storage space and analysis of the data to the customer. ASI does not use customer private or personal data for advertising, marketing or sales materials and does not share customer private or personal data with any third parties for any reason. Vendors and independent third parties that host the product site are required to comply with ASI’s privacy commitments. ASI reviews reports and certificates from vendors and third parties for evidence fulfilling contractual obligations.

The ASI online software product site is hosted on a major public cloud infrastructure provider which collects information such as IP Address and web browser of computers who connect to the site. The ASI online software product usage is logged to assist product support and product development. Non-private and general usage information may be aggregated and anonymized for external marketing.

The data subject is an individual who is the subject of the personal data. ASI does not obtain consent from data subjects nor collect information from data subjects. ASI has no direct interaction with data subjects. Data subjects will be instructed to contact their employer for inquiries related to collection, use, amendment, retention, disclosure, and dispute of their personal information in customer MSAs.

ASI is not responsible for data collection, amendments, alterations, and deletions of customer data, including private or personal data. The customers are responsible for all data collection, accuracy, and deletion maintenance by using insert, edit, and deletion capabilities within the ASI online software product. ASI will not amend, correct, nor alter personal or private information provided by customers. Refer to customer MSAs for data maintenance access when product license contract is terminated.

ASI will create and retain timely records of detected or reported unauthorized disclosures of private or personal information according to the ASI Incident Response Policy. ASI obtains commitment from vendors and third parties regarding breach disclosures and obtains reports for evidence that vendors and third parties are fulfilling their MSA obligations.
